Apple Sends Invites for September 12 Launch Event, 2018 iPhone Models Expected

Apple has officially sent out media invites for a special event at the Steve Jobs Theater at its Apple Park campus in Cupertino ,  California on September 12. Unlike Apple's invitations which are usually themed around the products that people expect to be announced, this one features just a gold ring evoking the design of the main building at Apple Park, against a stark black background. While Apple obviously hasn't shared any details about what will be revealed at the event, one can expect the Cupertino-based company to showcase the 2018 iPhone lineup in all its glory. Rumours indicate that  Apple  will launch  three new iPhone models  at the event: an  iPhone X  ( Review ) successor with a 5.8-inch OLED display, a larger variant 'iPhone X Plus' with a 6.5-inch OLED panel, and a third 6.1-inch iPhone with an LCD screen, which will be the most affordable model in the new lineup. All three models have been tipped to keep the iPhone X's notch and edge-to-edge

As you can see in the screenshots above, the rebrand doesn’t mean that the Tez app is changing its core functionality right off the bat. The new Google Pay rebrand  looks and works the same as before , except for a few trivial things that may have been moved around a little. Currently, you can only attach your UPI ac

Xiaomi Starts Sending Invites for Sept 5 Event, Redmi 6 Series Expected

Hot off the heels of launching the  Poco F1 , which has already received a great response and performed like a bona fide flagship in our intensive  review , Xiaomi is gearing up to bring more smartphones to India. We have just received a press invite from the company for a smartphone launch event on September 5th, 2018. While Xiaomi has not revealed any details regarding the smartphone(s) that will be launched the event, the prominent ‘6’ insignia and the silhouette of three smartphones suggest that the company might announce three devices in the Redmi 6 series that were recently unveiled in China.
