Android Pie is here, coming to Google Pixel phones first The new software has features aimed at improving battery life and fighting tech addiction.

Android Pie, the new version of Google's mobile operating system, previously called  Android P , comes first to the search giant's  Pixel  smartphones starting Monday. Google initially  announced a preview version  of the software in March, then demoed some features at its annual I/O developer conference in May.  People who signed up for the  Android Beta program , which lets you try out pre-released versions of the software, will receive the update by the "end of this fall," if they have devices from Sony Mobile, Xiaomi, HMD Global, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus and Essential. Google said it's also working with other partners to launch or upgrade devices with Android Pie "this year," though the company didn't provide additional detail on exactly when those updates would come. Apple to Launch Dual-SIM iPhone Model, but Not in India

Apple, despite the low sales of the iPhone X, has become the first company to reach a  market cap of $1 trillion . Now, the company is all set to launch the next generation of iPhones, and rumors have already suggested that there will be a trio of iPhones launching this fall. There will be a total of three iPhones, a 6.1-inch LCD variant as well as 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch OLED models. New reports suggest that one of these variants might actually come with a specific feature. As per a  report  in Taiwan’s United Daily News,  the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone could sport a  Dual-SIM feature . What’s more, is that the Dual-SIM variant of the device will be exclusive to just one market. Now, while many thought it would have been exclusive to India, the report further goes on to suggest that it is actually the Chinese market that would get access to this dual-SIM iPhone. WhatsApp already offers a ton of features to its 1.5 billion monthly active users, but the ability to communicate with businesses and brands has opened new avenues for the messaging giant. One of these services is offered by Indian Railways in partnership with well-known online ticketing platform MakeMyTrip, which enables you to  check the PNR status of booked tickets  and the  live running status of trains using a simple text message. This saves users the trouble of logging into the IRCTC website and jumping through menus to view their ticket status. To get started with using this feature, you will first need to  save MakeMyTrip’s official number “7349389104” on your device .
