To serve the best to most users, MIUI comes with two different categories of iterations: MIUI Stable ROM and MIUI Global Beta ROM. Global Beta ROM, the weekly released version with cutting-edge features, serves best to the tech-savvy users. While MIUI Stable ROM focuses more on the stability of available features by holding the introduction of new features for a specific time frame. By default, the device ships with MIUI Stable ROM, you may learn more about MIUI here.

How to upgrade to MIUI Developer ROM

1. Back up your data and apps before upgrading to MIUI, know more here.

2. Stable ROM users of MIUI, please upgrade to MIUI Dev ROM via fastboot method (download fastboot ROM here).

3. MIUI Global Beta ROM users, If your device is bootloader locked, please unlock it before fast boot flashing, know more here

Optimized: The Apps section of the Settings got a structural revamp


Fixed: Issues with decrypting full ROM packages


Fixed: UI elements on the screen where you entered your custom screen lock were truncated


Fixed: Lockscreen shows black（Redmi note 5 Pro）


Fixed: The setting of the snooze interval in the clock application is not fully translated.


Fixed: Screen flickers while unlocking.


Fixed: Double press power button torch can't be turned on

Rumors for the  unveiling  of Xiaomi’s upcoming Android skin have proven true. The company will unveil MIUI 12, alongside Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G, on 27th April in its home country, China. “The upcoming Nokia smartphones are also expected to be Android One-branded” Nokia’s  Chief Product Officer Juho Sarvikas has  teased  February 24th as the launch date for its devices. The company has once again chosen Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 — world’s biggest tech trade show — to showcase what it has in store. Much like last year, Nokia’s license holder HMD Global may take the wraps off new smartphones, including the rumoured  Nokia 9 PureView ,  Nokia 8.1 Plus , and  Nokia 6.2 . The Nokia 9 PureView is expected to be a flagship offering and the world’s first smartphone with five camera setup. You heard it right!
