Samsung Galaxy S10 series and Galaxy M20 certified in Indonesia by TKDN

Samsung is all set to unveil its brand new Galaxy M series of phones, which will include the Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20, and Galaxy M30, in India on January 28th. After unveiling the Galaxy M series, the South Korean tech giant is expected to unleash its latest Galaxy S series flagships at its Unpacked 2019 event on February 20th. Ahead of the unveiling, the upcoming Galaxy S10 series phones and the Galaxy M20 have already been spotted on various certification agency’s website. Now, all of them have been certified by Indonesia’s TKDN certification agency.


Three models of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 have been certified by TKDN, namely the SM-970F, SM-973F, and SM-975F. These are expected to be launched as the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+ respectively, as per previous leaks. The Samsung Galaxy M20 has received the certification by the same agency under the model number SM-M205G. Sadly, no specifications of these devices have been revealed by the latest certification. However, the listings do suggest that the launch of these phones is quite close.


In related news, a recent leak has revealed the pricing of the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Lite, and Galaxy S10+. The Galaxy S10 will reportedly come in two variants – 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 512GB storage. These models will cost €930 (~Rs 73,300) and €1,180 (~Rs 95,500) respectively. The Galaxy S10 Lite will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and cost €780 (~Rs 63,150). The Galaxy S10+ is said to come in three RAM and storage configurations – 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 512GB, and 12GB + 1TB. These are tipped to be priced at €1,050 (~Rs 85,000), €1,300 (~Rs 1,05,250), and €1,600 (~Rs 1,29,500), respectively.

As for the Galaxy M20 price in India, we recently exclusively reported that the phone would be available in India at the starting price of Rs 12,990. The phone is said to be available to buy in the country starting March 5th on Amazon India. We should have more details about these handsets in the near future, so stay tuned for more details.
